This is an outstanding piece and I appreciate you sharing it. I write a blog about eating locally in Eastern North Carolina... at least this is what I thought I wrote about. However, after reading this piece, I realize that I am certainly eating regionally as my trips to the Raleigh Farmer's Market are quite regular.
